September is a special month to think about being ready for emergencies. Our team at Berkeley Lab is hosting some events to help you learn how to stay safe and prepared. Join us to learn some important skills!
Passport Contest
Get a chance to win a grand prize, a deluxe Go Bag. To enter to win, download and complete the Visa activities here and scan the QR code to complete the form.
Visa Activities:
- Login to LabAlert and ensure you have added your cell phone to receive critical emergency alerts
- Ensure you have added the Security Operations Center (SOC) 510-486-6999 as a contact on your phone.
- Attend the Spin to Win events every Weds between 11:30 am and 1 pm throughout September near the lunch trunks at building 91.
- Attend the Lunch & Learn events every Thursday at noon via zoom or in person (details below)
As you complete every activity, cross it out on your passport. Earn an entry for every activity you complete. Send a picture of your completed passport to EmergencyManagement@lbl.gov by September 30, 2025.
