The Sensitive Countries, Countries of Risk, and State Sponsors of Terrorism list is marked as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI/OPSEC) and requires a CUI-enabled account for access. if you require access to the Sensitive Countries, Countries of Risk, and State Sponsors of Terrorism list please register for a CUI enabled account. If you require access to the list please contact the Foreign National Access Program (FNAP) Office at FVA@lbl.gov.
If you do not have a CUI enabled account, take the following steps:
- Check “ENABLE my account to receive and access CUI” on the Interim CUI Receipt and Storage Request Form
- Review and complete the second page completely. Please state that you need to view the sensitive countries list which is marked CUI/OPSEC in the description
- Complete SEC 471 – CUI Briefing on Berkeley Lab Training and receive credit.
- Proceed to request access to the “CUI Sensitive Country List” following the steps below only once you receive a confirmation email from ITPolicy (Takes up to two business days).
If you already have a CUI enabled account, take the following steps:
- Check “REQUEST access to an existing CUI Shared Drive” on the Interim CUI Receipt and Storage Request Form
- Select “CUI Sensitive Countries List” and complete the second page of the form.
- A LBNL Personnel Security Specialist will be notified by ITPolicy upon approval and share the drive with you as needed.
