The SES Emergency Management team can assist Lab employees in creating a personal emergency preparedness plan.
You might want a personal emergency preparedness plan if any of the following apply:
- You may not be able to hear fire alarms
- You may not be able to see visual alarms or directional signs
- You may not speak or sign the same language as emergency responders
- You may require assistance in evacuating to a SAFE building or Assembly Area
- You have other concerns not listed here and want to discuss with emergency professionals
Contact us at emergencymanagement@lbl.gov and we will set up a meeting with you to discuss, identify needs and solutions, and develop a plan. Please note that the identification of a disability is completely voluntary and confidential.
