Have you ever wondered if you can order a food delivery or rideshare service, such as Lyft or Uber, to the Lab’s main site? How about whether friends or family members are allowed through the gate to drop you off or pick you up from work? The answer to all those questions is yes, and the steps for getting authorization are fairly straightforward.
First, visit the Visitor Management User Portal and click on the link to create a rideshare or food delivery request.
Once there, make sure to fill out all the required information before proceeding to the next step. The contact information is crucial and you won’t be able to proceed without it.
Under the Arrival Details section of the page, click on the Reason for Request menu and choose from among the options: rideshare, food delivery, or friends and family dropoff or pickup.
Complete the form and hit submit and your request will be logged in and you’ll receive an email confirmation. Follow this process every time you order a food delivery or rideshare, or need a friend or family member allowed through the gate to pick you up or drop you off.
