The upgrade to the Lab’s Access Management System that occurred Tuesday has resulted in a software bug that needs to be fixed. Some users are receiving access denied messages and the vendor is working to understand the root cause. While that work is underway, the vendor will revert to the previous software version that did not have the upgrades.
